Mother nature gave us her heart.

That cloud really looks like a heart to all that love nature.
001.jpg

I took the first two photos in the sky at home, and then we took a drive out to see what the mountains looked like. As usual, the wind was up and driving the clouds around all over the place. But like I said before, we are used to it and I just continue to take my shots. We will never tire of the views, and every so often we get something really special to look at. We don't plan our outings, as we simply take the car to drive out in any direction, especially when the wind is dancing with the clouds in the sky.

Here's another look at the heart cloud.
003.JPG

The sun had a battle on its hands to get through the clouds. One moment it can be light, and another it can be dark depending on the density of the clouds.

Two more shots below to show you how desperately the sun wanted to shine clearly.

For a moment it looked like some rain would start soon.
011.JPG

But not to be, as no rain and the wind started to drive the clouds away.
016.JPG

Finally, a view towards the north when we went back home.
021.JPG

Much later in the day, I took the shots of the sunset that I showed you in a previous post, and that's why I say that one can never know what to expect in nature. Not only that, but at dusk all of the clouds were a light grey color, and again we were fooled by expecting rain. Things are not so well with me lately, due to my iron levels and all of its side issues like a foggy brain and walking around shaking, but we have heard that there is a hot water spring somewhere, and that its water is laden with minerals, especially iron.

In Roman times they had public iron baths that also contained natural minerals and the Roman soldiers bathed in it believing that the iron will protect their bodies in battle. This is an error, as instead the iron increases the ferritin in their bodies. So, we will find that spring and I will for sure spend much time in the pool below the spring. Who knows, maybe it can help.
Such is life.

I hope you enjoyed the pictures and the story.

How wonderful it is when you go out into the street like this, without planning anything, and discover the wonder that nature gives us!

We often do this, as in any direction that we travel there are bound to be something nice to see. It has become a game for us to say East, West, North or South, take a pick :)

Sorry to learn you battling once again with iron levels, it is a difficult one to keep balanced. Hope you find the spring, relax to allow nature back in.

Have a wonderful day.

Very difficult for the docs to find the root cause, and all that they can tell me is that I have inner bleeding somewhere. Had a heap of colonoscopies already, but still nothing. I hope that the spring is what they say it is, and we will head that way soon.
Beautiful days around here now, but the winds remain very strong.
Hope that your day was also good.

It's relentless testing, never obtaining results that exhausts one, hope the find it soon! Love to Marian and look after yourselves over Christmas.

Long periods waiting in queues to be seen, and if only one positive result will occur, then it would be worthwhile. But no such luck, and I just continue to struggle along.
Thank you, and you also take care, especially in the traffic.

Have spent months over the years returning to doctors, at the end they never get to the bottom of the problem, patience I suppose is best right now for you.

Patience it is, but time is running out, as I am now only flesh and bone.

Something we have to admit, keep strong. Sad to see fires in your part of the world again, flash floods here once again. Crazy driving, people lose their heads at this time of year. !LUV

Struggling with my PC for the past two days and could only find the fault late this afternoon. Yeah, we dropped some clothes off for those that lost it all in the fires. Bad about the floods at your end, and it seems that people are just as crazy as the weather this time of year.

!LUV and A Merry Christmas to you and yours :)

Glad that you guys had a great day together, and Marian's family was too far for us to celebrate the day with them. So, it was only the two of us, but we don't mind as we are not Christmas kind of people. Lol
