There are several companies here that offer tourists chopper trips, and I have included a link to one of the companies at the end of the post, to give you a practical idea about what I am talking about.

It must be so exhilarating to be up in the air on a slow chopper trip. The last time that I was in a helicopter was during my army days many years ago, and I remember it to this day. Now the current helicopters are all rigged out for passengers, and it is nothing like the ones that the army uses. The great attraction of a helicopter ride is that one can get great views close to the ground.

I saw that it was headed straight for the mountains.

One can only wonder what the crow thought about that iron bird.

I am sure that the passengers in there thought that their end had come.

But not to worry as the pilot flipped the chopper up to fly over the peak.

This was only my take on it, as I am sure that the chopper was miles away from the mountain face, and the pilots are all professional experts. I can't recall if we ever had a helicopter accident here, and the rides are very popular due to the fantastic views on offer. They also travel over the seaside, and I am sure that when it's whale season, it must be great to go whale spotting in a chopper.
