Another of those rare occurrences.

The dove sat wondering what kind of an iron bird that was. Not very worried, as the dove saw that the big iron bird was slow.
023.JPG

I am sure that they also do this in many other countries, and I have seen it now a few times.
But I don't know how effective it is, as I for one have never gone into my PC to see what it was. So, what was this?

Oh! The big bird was pulling its blanket along :)
025.JPG

I saw this before last year in another setting, and it doesn't look like anything has been changed.
026.JPG

If one has to do this, surely the banner should be readable on both sides.
027.JPG

I bet only a few of you will see the plane and the sign in the cloud. Look just behind the highest tree.
031.JPG

The idea is to expose the advertisement to the crowds on the beaches in an eye catching style, and the plane serves the purpose very well. To us locals it is old hat, but it has an impact I am sure on the millions of visitors now in the peak holiday period. But times have moved on and now with AI and other such developments, the people on the beaches watch their phones instead of the sky Lol.

Now for something else. The cloud was fingering the sky to find a way to go.

Watch the bottom section of the white cloud.
004.JPG

You can see here how the wind from the sea stopped and started to turn the clouds back.
052.JPG

It even started to push the cloud's finger back in.
036.JPG

But not to be, as the cloud was desperate to find its way.
041.JPG

Chameleon like, the cloud stuck its finger further out.
012.JPG

Searching for a way, but not finding one.
058.JPG

And so, the ocean wind blew the clouds away. Nevertheless, I was happy to see some sky action. First the plane, and then the lost cloud, so I am happy that all of you that see this could spend some time with me in the sky.
A warning was issued to beware of strong wind gusts, as it is estimated to run at +30kph, but we are happy with it, as it drops the hot summer temperatures.
I took all of the photos standing in our small front garden at just the right time to see all of this.

I hope that you have enjoyed the pictures.

It's nice to see some advertising that doesn't involve a screen or billboard, lol... I hope our little cloud eventually found its way!

They still do things old style here. I am trying to find out the cost, as it would be great to stick a HIVE.COM behind a plane like that. !LOL

The little cloud ran into some serious winds, and it disintegrated.

Actually I believe ecency.com or peakd.com would be much shorter than the correct hive url !LOL It would be so awesome to see it :) ...

The little cloud went in many directions then :) ...

Even a better idea and you are right. Maybe a double-sided banner with PEAKD.COM on the one side and ECENCY.COM side on the other side, as then both sides can be seen while the plane circles around. Worth investigating. !LOL

The little cloud was attached to a much bigger cloud and the opposing wind over the ocean decided to stream the cloud back inland.
Like this!

We have very strong winds here, and they can rip a solid big cloud apart in seconds.

Those are mare's tails clouds, I always thought they were beautiful, especially against a bright blue, or at sunset :)

Yeah, the hive.blog.io might be difficult to fit on there, and more expensive if they charge by the letter. I like the idea of using both sides :)

Lol! An iron bird indeed, If I was that little bird, I would wonder the same😂
It nice to see some small little banner the iron bird was advertising, I just wonder what it was all about because I had to zoom and scan through before I could see some words like "PLAY COZY" on the banner.

The photo of the cloud is awesome

I think that the banner's contents were aimed at gamers and the youth. Very clever as it's in the peak holiday season, and the beaches are packed with visitors.

I myself am very fond of taking such pictures but I don't have a good camera yet I can't buy one but I keep taking such beautiful pictures with my mobile especially of birds.

Mobile cameras become so much better over time, and they are ideal for close up shots.
Mind you, I have seen many lovely landscape shots that were taken with mobile cameras.
I am however addicted to ultra zoom shots like the moon and fast flying high up birds, so my camera works well for me.

!BEER and a Happy New Year to you!
