Another of our famous sunsets.

In here I will show you the rewards of patience.

Most will think that there was no chance to get a sunset here.

But when patience and surprises work in a partnership, miracles happen.
You will see in the second photo, that most will give up to get a sunset, and they will just ignore it. Quick glances can be deceiving as we all race along in this life and sadly there are so many opportunities that go a begging. One thing that I have learnt over time, is to wait and ever so slowly my waiting periods have increased. Waiting has also taught me many things, and one of the most important of those is that whenever we do something bad to someone else, we are in fact doing it upon ourselves.

So now, if you see the photo below, it seemed that there was no chance for a sunset to appear. But then it was time for patience to kick in.

Slight colors started to appear on the mountain horizon upon the ocean.

Voila! Look how this started.

Ever so slowly, the colors started to unfold themselves.

Lovely, isn't it?

Finally, things started slowly falling apart.

And then it was night.

What a wonderful show, and I would never have gotten this if I had not waited. Nature is timeless and so many times it teaches us the value of patience. A tree doesn't grow overnight, and all creatures in nature have allotted periods to evolve into adulthood. So that word, WAIT, is a very important word and you have seen the value of waiting in this post. Rushing around only results in mistakes and extra stresses, and so it is not good for our health. I was also guilty of racing, trying to get things done, and now in my old age my body is paying for it. It's amazing when we age, that we wish we had the wisdom in our younger years. But there is not one of us that has not made mistakes in life.
Such it is.

I hope you enjoyed the pictures and the story.

I don't know why, but one of my biggest virtues is patience. All my life I've know that rushing is the right way to do things, that if you're patient and wait the right moment, you'll accomplish all your goals the best way possible.

Beautiful pictures, I've always loved sunsets. They are my favorite thing ever in nature.

I have only become patient now in my old age, as health problems have taught me the value of patience. In my younger days, I was forever on the go, but some burnouts finally put a stop to it.
That is really great that patience comes naturally to you, and you are correct about the rewards of waiting.

Thank you and have a nice week.
