Turmeric-Tamarind Drink

Hi bloggers and community. Do you like herbal drinks that taste sour, sweet, and fresh, and of course easy to make? This drink has become my favorite lately, so let's get started.

Ingredients:

  • 10 grams of tamarind
  • 40 grams of palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 sachet of turmeric powder
  • 500 ml of water

Steps:

  • Add the tamarind to a pot

  • Chop the palm sugar and add it to the pot

  • Add water to the pot

  • Bring to a boil

  • Add salt to the mixture

  • Stir briefly, then add the turmeric powder to the pot

  • Stir for about 1 minute, then turn off the heat

  • Prepare ice cubes in a glass

  • Strain the turmeric drink

  • Add more ice cubes if needed

  • The turmeric-tamarind drink is ready to drink
