Yes, I was affected. In Zaragoza, Spain, I was six hours without electricity. The phone and internet arrived two hours later. And the street lighting another hour and a half more. In total, from 12:30 to 22:00 with problems. Honestly, it would reassure me to know that the cause was the imbalance in energy generation. I prefer it instead of an attack by another nation.

Thx for sharing your experience, there were also speculations about a cyber attack first, but an imbalance is currently more likely.
