We have all been idiots at some point (or in many) of our lives. However, not everyone is capable of doing this introspection exercise that you express here. I completely agree with you, saying you're sorry or asking for forgiveness, when it's done honestly, is a sign of strength and ability to improve. You can feel proud of yourself!

That's exactly it, when we make a mistake and recognize it, it's a great sign of greatness, better than playing the tough guy, thinking we're always right, nobody is right all the time, but there are people who insist on that and I really can't understand it.
Anyway, I had a problem like that yesterday and I got it off my chest here on the hive haha, but I'm already feeling better, everything's fine now. Thanks for your support! 😄
Writing is therapeutic, taking out instead of ruminating on thoughts is a relief. It doesn't solve the problems, but at least it's an outlet. And here you can find someone who listens/reads you, you don't feel so bad after that. I'm glad everything is fine now. 🤗
Certainly, writing is like therapy for me, I think I've even posted about it here on hive at one time or another, writing is a way of getting my feelings out, whether they're of joy or sadness. Life is one day after another, one day we may be sad, but the next, it may just be joy.
You can even experience sadness and joy in a single day. Both are part of life. Don't stop writing, even if you don't publish it, the effect is the same. 😘
