It's funny, in the Philippines you are about to start the school year and here in Spain it's the other way around, there are a couple of weeks left for the teachers to have their long awaited holidays, hehe. Annual medical check-ups are more important than it seems. There are illnesses that are not noticed until they are in a serious state and that can be detected in these simple tests. Prevention is better, especially when you have children who can get sick. You are right to take care of yourself, as time goes by we become more aware of its importance. I'm glad the results were good.

Normally classes starts in June in the Philippines. In 2023, after the pandemic, classes started around Sept to ensure there's no more threat of the Covid.. When it reaches the month of May, in our school alone, few students went hyperventilated and passed out because April and May is summer here and the heat is unbearable..Classrooms have insufficient fans to keep the rooms cool. and summer wouldnt be called summer if we dont enjoy it!!We really have fun this summer.. And right now, its already the start of rainy season..
This is what I like most about Hive, learning what life is like in other places! It's logical that classes are adapted to the climate, I suppose it's done everywhere. Here in Spain the heat is getting to us now and there is no air conditioning in the schools either. Wow, the COVID came much later to the Philippines, here when everything stopped was in 2020 and in 2021 the course was already face to face.
