Onboarding and training newbies in my new area with the help of my local guard

Hello my fellow hives how are you all doing am so happy that we have new friends that joined hive,I no it wasn't easy to talk to them about hive because I came new and I didn't know anyone their but I made up my mind to let others know about hive which yield good results

I met @nelina and @debbyluv and told them about hive which they showed interest and was telling me that they have heard about hive but they don't know anything about it so I cool down and explain they where really excited and wanted to join before then @nelina told me about her friend @buzobaby that she likes to write both short and long content and posts on web 2that she will like to join so I have to go and see her and tell her what hive is all about.

At first I taught it will hard me to get people that I will talk to since I came new their but It didn't hard me at all so they were eager to join #hive so I immediately call my local guard @beauty197 to come and onboard them so she immediately gave us date and time and they were ready and they waited for her.

Yesterday being Monday she came despite the rain that disturbed her she came and onboard them not only onboarding them she trained them and tell them the details about hive she also emphasize the us of ai tools or chatgbt is highly prohibited. She told them that what hive needs is original content .

After onboarding them they did their first waves and they were happy about it we taught them how to reply on others posts and also the important of consistency she told them when they are consistent they will grow on hive which is really good.

She taught them about @spenhbd and @distriatorhow they can spend their hbd and also Claim which they were confused and ask how so we went to bokkumart to spendhbd and claim but unfortunately there is nothing to claim @distriator which I promise Togo back and spend hbd and also claim.

Am so happy that we have newbies like @buzobaby @ nalina and @ debbyluv on hive community and they are willing to learn more which am ready to teach them.

@beauty197 thanks for coming around my new area despite the far distance you came @ozibaby really cares for you all.we have come to stay on hive and I will try my best not too back thanks to you all.
