Kelvin Walter was determined to emerge victorious in the biggest anticipated boxing final tournament in his little community. Kelvin knew that if he was going to win this, he would need the guidance of an expert that would help him hone his skills to the next level. He thought of what he could do to achieve this, and his mind went straight to Mr. Anderson, who happened to be one of the most renowned and respected retired boxing coaches in the sport in his locality. Mr. Anderson was known for his reputable career as one of the best at nurturing champions. Kelvin just knew within him that Mr. Anderson's expertise is what he needed to refine himself and develop a winning strategy if he must win.

So Kelvin decided to write a heartfelt letter to Mr. Anderson stating his aspirations and heart's desires. He listed out some of his strengths and weaknesses and demonstrated how committed he is to the sport. While writing, he had doubts and fears in his heart; he wondered if the legend would agree to take him under his wing and guide him toward tournament glory.

After mailing the letter, Kelvin anxiously waited for Mr. Anderson's response; as the days passed by, his anticipation grew. Finally, he heard a knock on his door; when he went to check who it was, it was the mailman. It was the long-anticipated response from Mr. Anderson.At first, Mr. Anderson was a bit hesitant about the whole coaching thing since he wasn't sure who Kelvin really is, but then he went about asking around about Kelvin, trying to seek information from mutual acquaintances and other coaches who might know him.He was surprised and impressed by the feedback he got. And this convinced him about Kelvin's potential; Mr. Anderson wrote back, approving his request to become his personal coach.
