Ella is a beautiful and hardworking young lady in my neighborhood whom I admire and love from a distance. I have known her for about three years; I first heard about her from a friend who spoke highly of her when she was just 19 years old. I was amazed by the positive things I heard about her. That I started observing her from afar, myself.
Sometime last year, I went to a shop in the neighborhood to get something together with my son, and she was also in the shop at that moment. She turned and said hi to my son, and I later found out that she loves kids so much. It was from saying hi to my son that we started conversing. The interaction was just so natural, and that was how we became close.
I have come to admire and love the lady Ella is for different reasons. Firstly, it is because of how much she has achieved at her young age. Ella is just 22, but she has done tremendously well for herself.
When we first started talking, she told me that she has registered two of her businesses and how they are doing well. Recently she showed me her business plan and how someone is willing to invest in her business.
Another reason I love Ella is because of her dogged dedication towards her business. It is hard these days to see young people that are willing to take their lives seriously. Her commitment to her business and her work ethic is worth studying. I love how she is dedicated to her goal and works tirelessly.
I have seen entrepreneurs wreck their own businesses, despite how promising and viable the business looked on paper. I have also seen entrepreneurs who, despite not having a good business on paper, defied odds to make their business great and profitable.
Ella falls in the second category, and I am super proud of you.

In this society, we see that there are few people who want to help others and think of a good life for others. This girl has worked very hard and has stabilized her business. Similarly, when all of us work hard, it will take time, but we will definitely succeed.
