Exercise My Best Medicine||HL102E2

Exercise is a natural medicine that builds a strong defense against certain diseases and infections, I have a first hand experience of what exercise does to the body system.

Apart from burning little amount of calories from our body system, exercise also promotes sensitivity of insulin and other important enzymes that promotes the wellbeing the body system. I am a graduate of Biochemistry from Federal University of Lafia Nasarawa State and even though it's difficult to secure a government job with the certificate after school, I've enjoyed tones of benefits from studying biochemistry in high school. It is my study of biochemistry that opened my eyes wider to the efficacy of exercise and how it's underated by many people.

It is true that what you don't know can kill you because there are certain lifestyles that we wouldn't want to continue living if we know the adverse effects of such lifestyles to our health and there are lifestyles that can eradicate most of our health issues if only we are aware of them and we keep to the routines..

There was a certain time I began to feel so much discomfort around my chest region and was so worried about what could be disturbing me, overtime I involved myself in exercise and like a miracle I don't feel that again. Whenever I stop exercising myself, I easily fall sick, catarrh and cough deals with me even more than malaria does but involving myself in exercise even during the menace helps me allot.

Exercise improves blood flow and the circulation of oxygen around all parts of the body. Most People that live longer and with good health aren't doing magic but keeping a healthy diet and exercising themselves regularly. Accumulation of sugars and repository fats in the blood stream is the major cause of diabetes and other cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack, High blood pressure (H.B.P) and many other diseases but all these brutal diseases can be prevented or even eradicated through effective exercise and healthy diets.

Exercise will deplete the amount of fats in our blood vessels and improve the uptake of sugars thereby decreasing the chances of diabetes.
Exercising has so many advantages I've stated above and many more I didn't mention here. Obesity is a road line to allot of health challenges but exercise can also play a crucial role in preventing the occurrence of these health challenges.

When you don't exercise, you will not die but you are opened to health challenges at any moment specially when you are not eating healthy diets. Too much consumption of sugary products and food that contains too many calories brings you closer to these health challenges and not exercising at all brings you more faster to these health challenges.

I've figured out some little ways I can keep myself fit, you mustn't have all the gymnastic equipment to stay physically fit, you can make use of the available objects around you to exercise your body at anytime.
For me, I wanted to start lifting weights but couldn't find any closer to my place but that didn't stop me from exercising, I replaced it with jogging and push ups. Infact, jogging can cover up most of the activities we need to do to stay fit, it's won't cost us a penny, if you can't jug you can trek some short distance to burn calories, not all the time you take vehicle back home for that short distance you can trek home.

I am glad I was able to pour out allot of my tactics for keeping myself healthy and I hope you find this piece essential just like exercise is essential for your health..

Exercise is good for the body. The benefits cannot be over emphasized. For me, I do exercise but sometimes due to busy Lifestyle. I am not regular. I hope to begin again, thanks

if we know the adverse effects of such lifestyles to our health

Only if we know that many things we git used to can deteriorate one's live.

Exercise is mostly important fior better circulations of body fluids especially the blood from the heart to the parts of the body and vice versa.
