No doubt Fella will continue to be a legend of African music because he gave Afrobeatz the standard it has right now. Other great Nigerian superstars Davido, Wizkid, Burnaboy, Tiwa Savage, Don jazzy and lots more are building on what Fella Kuti has established long time ago. I love Afrobeatz and as a matter of fact Nigerian's and Afrobeatz music are two love birds that have been flying together. A very good number of persons in the country are feeling the vibes of afro music much more than any contemporary music out there.

I love most of the Nigerian artists music and I feel so excited when I have nostalgia of my musical journey thus far. The likes of Simi, Adekunle Gold, Donjazzy and the entire Mavins record blessed my childhood days with beautiful songs that I can still recall most of them. I would have sang some of them if this post was a vlog but all the same we are on a good path.. I remember Davido's music "Aye" I literally used that song to get a girlfriend back then as a teenager, as little as I am I could score songs from scratch to the end. I also remember WizKids song "Joy" which was my ringtone back then also.

The idea of having a favorite artist back then was the least for me because I focus on feeling the moment with any song that happens to be the talk of the town. All I wanted was to enjoy music and sing any song that comes to my head but now we are older and wiser, I have an artist I so much love not even because of his music but the heart of gold he possesses.

Davido has proven beyond every reasonable doubt that he possesses an excellent spirit. My definition for excellent spirit here is the ability to differentiate between good and bad and also trying by all means to do good while neglecting the bad. I'm not saying that other artistes are not good but Davido's heart of gold is for me. His works are quite evidential, we have allot of testimonies about the great singer and that's what's making me like him the more.

He just celebrated his wedding yesterday and spent so much money for the wedding, he has also blessed a lot of artistes with good some of money to build their careers. I'm sure there are artistes that look up to be like OBO and it's a good thing that he is trying to carry some persons along.

I listen to all songs that suits my mind and neglect the ones I am not feeling, I don't listen to only OBOs songs because I like him more, I love his personality as a good hearted musician and that's just the basic fact. So for me, I listened to so many artistes as long as I am captivated by the music. I think having a favorite artistes doesn't necessarily comes with the fact that they can sing more than the others, something different but essential can trigger such feeling and that's the case for me.
