On one hand, I dislike snow and cold, but on the other hand, I enjoy walks in nature, especially in mountain landscapes... I visited a few mountains in the summer to cool off, and it was great to see them without snow, most of the time greener than some burned, seaside places....
But I never visit the Dolomites! I heard a lot of stories from friends about how beautiful it is, and it looks like they were right... Seeing your photos, I'm quite sure I will pay a visit sooner than later! It's gorgeous!

My happy season - It’s Chestnut timeeee by @tinabrezpike

To control our chestnut addiction, my wife and I had a rule for eating them... The rule was simple: when it's snowing outside, it's time for roasted chestnuts!
The problem arose when we moved to Spain... lol... 😂 As there is no snow here, we had to skip our rule and eat chestnuts whenever we want... I like the new rule much more than the first one... 😂
I had a simple recipe for preparing them in the microwave, but nothing can beat those made on the street! 🤤

You have an immense talent for making this type of craftwork, and your creations are beautiful. In this case, on Halloween, far from being scary, your creations are very cute and would surely be loved by children and those of us who are young at heart.
You also made several figures, and they are all spectacular. I really like the ghosts; the colours stand out, and the base you used looks great. The step-by-step instructions are very well explained, so anyone could follow your tutorial and make something similar. You have done a beautiful, high-quality job.

As you rightly said, I think it's a gem that's worth seeing. On the one hand, it shows reality, but reality without veils about war, which sometimes people don't want to show or see, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It's raw and devastating, in addition to the scars and trauma it leaves on the people who suffer it. I met someone who was in the Falklands War and he told me things first-hand.
But on the other hand, I see that it is love, true love, that makes the protagonist resist even the cruelest aspects of life. Love is a force more powerful than fear and war, and it can draw energy and strength from where there is none. Few know this kind of love that gives everything and fills the heart with life even when the body is dead.
Thank you for this recommendation, JC. It is wonderful, and I could feel how much you liked it and how it impacted you. Sometimes we need something to hit us in order to bring out our emotions, because otherwise they are repressed.
