As we share the same peninsula, I recognise all the species you photographed, but I didn't know about the medicinal properties of mastic or bougainvillea flowers. There are lots of the latter in an area near my house, so perhaps I'll be tempted to try them. Autumn is coming later and later; in fact, there are some species here that no longer lose all their leaves due to the lack of cold weather. I was fascinated to see where the Tagus meets the sea. I imagined it to be wide, but nothing comparable to the Ebro, which is the only large river I have seen at its mouth. Are the photos of the estuary? Thank you for this informative post, I have learned with it and enjoyed at the same time.

Your art is wonderful! At first glance, the poem is very funny, but at the same time it talks about finding solutions to the things that happen to us in our daily lives, practical solutions. If we fall out of bed while sleeping, it's better to sleep with the dog, who surely won't fall out.
But your stop-motion art is also incredible, an art form that has been used in many films and takes a long time to produce, moving each piece to create a scene. I'm sure the two you've shown us took you many hours to make. I love this art form, it's handmade and, nowadays, unusual because it's difficult. Thank you so much for your work! I love it!

What a beautiful place for a walk, or a picnic, or to get away from the city rush and noise... Along with the great photos you took, your description fills the readers' hearts with a relaxing feeling, as if meditating and being one with nature...
If I were to go there for a walk, I would stay for a month... lol... I like the forest, the greenery, the quietness, the harmony...
