I've Decided To Get Back Into Writing by @killerwot

image.png

Welcome back to Hive, Killerwot!
It looks like your life turned upside-down a lot in the last 5-6 months! Getting a new member of the family is already a huge change (Congratulations! 🎉), but struggling to find a job at the same time isn't fun at all! Good to hear that you found one that even fulfilled you, even for a limited time...
Good luck with finding a new job (or doing your own thing?), and I can't wait to read your fiction stories again!

Where the Heart Is | nftshowroom X alienarthive challenge for November: Theme - the feeling of home - No. 3 by @justclickindiva

image.png

That phrase was said to me by a student when I told her I was going to emigrate... home is not Argentina, she said, but wherever your heart is. And so it was now I feel this is my home. Your design touched me in the depths of my memories and what I feel is precious, because the reality is that there is only one land and what matters is where the heart takes us and where it feels happy.
The story that accompanies the design is emotional and wonderful, love and heart go hand in hand, how united these two people are embracing each other even though they are from different worlds. This design speaks of me and many other people in this world.

El real rostro de Danara. Una historia de terror y suspenso [esp-eng] by @issymarie2

image.png

Impressive story, for a moment while reading, I thought that it was the parents who harmed the girl and that she in a rapture and losing all conscience had killed them, but she in the end remembered everything as if that inner voice wanted to come out anyway and enjoy what she had done to those people.
The mind behaves in strange ways many times and it makes me think that many of the monsters come from within. The story, although fictional, makes you realise that many things in life are not real, but the mind can torment many. Thank you for your excellent writing and the quality of your stories.

The Fighting Brothers ~ Haiku of Japan by @dbooster

image.png

I have some unfortunate news for you: girls are no better than boys when it comes to avoiding arguments. At least that has been the experience in my family, where we were two daughters. I would even go a step further and say that girls are more resentful and envious of each other. I remember arguing with my sister and apologising to each other in front of our parents, and then continuing to insult each other in whispers so they wouldn't hear us. We both wanted to have the last word, ha ha ha. I admire the courage and patience you parents have in raising your children. I think it's one of the most difficult “jobs” a human being can do, but also the most beautiful and generous. In your case, you've also been able to draw something beautiful and poetic from that sibling rivalry, and I applaud you for that.

Hive open mic 🎙️ week 293 // my Daddy my Daddy by Lawrence Oyor// cover by @samzy05 by @samzy05

My friend, thank you so much for participating in Hive Open Mic again. I hadn't heard this song before, but its lyrics are truly powerful and perfect for sharing its message in this music community. I don't know if you noticed, but the video volume is quite low. Please make sure to increase the volume of your submissions in the InShot app itself, as proper volume is part of the quality we strive to reflect in this community. Even so, you've done a great job, and I'm sure you'll continue to grow with us through your weekly submissions. Sending you a warm hug, and I hope to see you here at the next Hive Open Mic.
