I assure you that the methods you mention are very effective because often what we feel has very deep roots, deep within us, and is related to the past or our family. You know it's there but you don't know exactly where, like that squirrel you know is in the tree, but you have to enlarge the photograph and search hard to find it. That's how these things work.
The landscapes of the place you went to are beautiful, and those autumn colours bring nostalgia. If it does you so much good, you should go whenever you can. There is a bond or connection with that place, and if something needs to be revealed, it will be, and you will heal what you need to heal. If not, just enjoy being there.

I've heard a lot about traditional ham bread, but I'd never seen a recipe or known what ingredients it contained, and judging by the pictures, it looks delicious. What's more, the ingredients are accessible to everyone and the filling, that combination, seems perfect to me in terms of flavours.
I really like the border you made with olives and even more so the finishing touches with the strips of dough that serve as decoration, which create a spectacular visual finish for the presentation. I definitely have to try it, but with those ingredients, I'm sure I'll love it!

It was quite a surprise for me to discover this field of tulips in Patagonia. I associate this flower with Holland, so I imagined that it had been brought there by migrants from that country. The fact that it originated with a family from Wales completely threw me off, haha. Another thing I loved is that until now I had only seen very extensive tulip fields without any mountains in the background, since the Netherlands gets its name from what it is, land below sea level. The photos you share with us with the snow-capped mountains in the background are incredibly beautiful. The last one is spectacular! Thank you for bringing us this beauty.
