Things have changed a lot... Companies have moved to a specific part of the city, and people are living in other parts... It is good from the point of view of having a "quiet" place to live, but it's bad as everyone is losing time in traffic...
Btw. nice wrap-up about the costs... While I was thinking that TIME is the biggest loss, you are right about health issues, stress, and healthy eating!
I'm happy that I can work from home... I would stress a lot if I would have to spend 2 hours in traffic jams...

My Identity Crisis : Trader or Investor? by @whywhy

I think I started this bear market as a long-term Buy And Hold investor and am still in this boat I think. I do like the charts though but without any specific edge, I think it doesn't make sense to trade. If you can't say what your edge is and roughly calculate it, then you also probably don't have an edge.
