Yo, recuerdo mucho, que cuando era joven, la jubilación en las personas mayores, significaba un estado de estabilidad económica, que se generaba a través de los contratos colectivos, de las empresas públicas y privadas. Y también recuerdo, que el beneficio de la jubilación, lo recibían las personas con más de veinte años de servicio, y también existían, las jubilaciones especiales, que eran por situaciones de accidentes y enfermedades, laborales.
Y realmente, observaba la diferencia que había entre las condiciones económicas de los jubilados y la de los pensionados. De hecho, los jubilados, recibían la pensión, la cual se consigue con más de 750 cotizaciones al seguro social, y que normalmente da una pequeña cantidad de dinero, que muchas veces no llega al 80% del sueldo mínimo, dependiendo del tipo de pensión.
Mientras, que los jubilados, reciben su sueldo y todos los beneficios de los trabajadores activos, más la pensión completa que es un sueldo mínimo. Y eso, antes daba mucha estabilidad económica. Sin embargo, ahora, con las crisis económicas, políticas y las sanciones unilaterales de los Estados Unidos y la Unión Europea. Tanto las jubilaciones, como las pensiones, no garantizan, la estabilidad económica del trabajador.
Sin embargo, hoy en día, muchas personas con 20 años o más en la administración pública, están buscando jubilarse, ya que aún siguen siendo personas activas, y prefieren hacer otra actividad, para así recibir, otra entrada de dinero que se sume a la jubilación y la pensión y así tener cierto grado de estabilidad económica.
Pero hoy, es lamentable, ver como personas jubiladas, que pasaron toda su vida trabajando y dando lo mejor de sí en un empleo, en vez de dedicarse a descansar y a vivir en paz los años de su jubilación, ahora tienen que volver a trabajar, para ayudar y seguir siendo un aporte económico, para sus familias. Una realidad que vivimos, de manera cotidiana, que espero dejemos de vivir.
