Una de las situaciones más difíciles a las que nos enfrentamos los seres humanos es la de retroceder, o la de echarnos para atrás después de tomar una decisión de manera pública, y eso pasa debido a que cuando se dice delante de otras personas: "Voy a hacer esto o aquello", se está empeñando la palabra, y el hecho de no cumplir con lo dicho puede dejar a la persona que se pronunció en una muy mala situación ante los demás.

Sí es cierto que pasar por una situación como esta a nivel individual es incómodo; habría que preguntarse qué sucede con la gente que pasa por este proceso cuando tiene cierto grado de poder, o cuando posee un poder muy grande.

Es decir, no es lo mismo retroceder ante una postura personal de un individuo cualquiera que sea esta posición pública o privada, a que lo haga el dueño de la empresa frente a sus trabajadores o frente a la junta de inversionistas de la empresa.

Más difícil todavía será entonces para los políticos frente a sus electores o la de un presidente frente al país. Y si es cierto que la mayoría de las promesas electorales se incumplen, también es cierto que en este escrito no nos referimos a las promesas electorales, sino a las posiciones públicas frente a conflictos o emergencias.

Dado que en estos casos las posturas públicas y las posiciones son fundamentales para poder conservar el liderazgo y el apoyo de los electores o del pueblo que se gobierna en el caso de los políticos, o de los trabajadores y los miembros de una empresa cuando se habla de dirección.

Debido a esto, es muy importante que todos los individuos, pero más aún las personas que ocupan cargos de poder y dirección, ya sea a nivel económico o político, midan muy bien sus palabras, sus expresiones y sus posiciones antes de hablar y tomar posturas.

Ya que el tomar una decisión y después echarse para atrás, o el decir algo y después retractarse, provoca una pérdida de confianza y de liderazgo enorme.

Por eso, ha sido muy chistosa la posición de amenaza permanente del líder del imperio occidental, que hoy amenaza con colocar enormes aranceles un día, y después los retira al poco tiempo, o cuando dice que quiere la paz y después termina apoyando el genocidio del pueblo palestino y al gobierno del país que hace la guerra en contra de ellos, o cuando pide que no haya violencia y termina bombardeando a un país en el Medio Oriente.

Esas posturas, como las locuras que hace de tratar de comprar países, de procesos de exclusión y otras, lo que han hecho es que a este líder imperial y a su imperio se les vean las patas de barro que lo sostienen y demuestra su grave crisis interna.

Lo peor de todo es que esto pasa cuando ya el mundo entero sabe que el líder del gran imperio no es una persona confiable y que deja muchas dudas en sus actuaciones. Lo que provoca que la gente que antes le temía al imperio lo vea ahora con otros ojos, y que entiendan que ahora hay otras realidades.

Por eso aquellas personas que poseen cargos públicos, tanto en el ámbito privado como en el público, deben tener muy en cuenta su responsabilidad, su liderazgo y sus acciones, debido a que lideran a un grupo de personas o empresas que dependen de ellos, y eso hace que su palabra tenga un peso enorme, y por lo tanto, no deben fijar posiciones para luego retractarse o retroceder, ya que esa práctica elimina la confianza que hay en ellos.

These positions, such as the crazy things he does about trying to buy countries, exclusion processes and others, have made this imperial leader and his empire look like the clay paws that support him and shows his serious internal crisis.

The worst of all is that this happens when the whole world already knows that the leader of the great empire is not a reliable person and that leaves a lot of doubts in his actions. Which causes people who used to be afraid of the empire to see it now with different eyes, and to understand that there are other realities now.

That is why those people who hold public positions, both in the private and in the public sphere, should take into account their responsibility, their leadership and their actions, because they lead a group of people or companies that depend on them, and that makes their word have an enormous weight, and therefore, they should not set positions to later retract or back down, since that practice eliminates the trust that exists in them.
