Hace muy poco tiempo, el mundo se vio estremecido ante la noticia que daban varios astrónomos prestigiosos sobre el cometa 31P/Atlas, ya que, según ellos, por ciertas características que se distinguían de este viajero especial, se pensaba que realmente no era un cometa, sino una nave artificial.

Ese hecho causó mucha polémica y más cuando empezó a rodar la noticia por la prensa occidental el hecho de que Trump y Marco Rubio hablarían en un documental que había habido ya un contacto con seres o civilizaciones extraterrestres.

Sin embargo, y como siempre, tanto esos rumores como los anuncios y artículos solo fueron la antesala de un enorme negocio, que fue la presentación de un documental, que supuestamente iba a hablar sobre ese tema y que se estrenó por un costo de 20$ en una red de streaming privada.

Pero, por otro lado, los ufólogos y los creyentes de la vida extraterrestre aprovecharon la coyuntura para sacar y dar rienda suelta a sus hipótesis, conjeturas personales y creencias sobre el tema extraterrestre.

Y mientras escribía, pude escuchar un documental que hablaba de las posibilidades de vida fuera de nuestro planeta, y en ese documental hablaban de que podía haber dos tipos de orígenes para la vida, una basada en el átomo de carbón como es el caso de la raza humana, y otra basada en el átomo de silicio.

Y después de esos comentarios y de la justificación de los mismos, comenzaron a hablar en el documental sobre cómo podrían ser los tipos de vida que se generarían del átomo de silicio; sin embargo, todo ese documental y toda esa información estaban basados en hipótesis y especulaciones de algo que podría existir.

Finalmente, todo el cuento del posible anuncio de la vida extraterrestre no fue más que el preámbulo para causar interés en un documental, que se vendió bastante caro en su estreno y que, según los comentarios, no llenó las expectativas de las personas que pagaron por él.

Con respecto a la vida inteligente extraterrestre, a nivel personal, puedo decir que creo y de hecho tengo la seguridad de que existe, y eso lo deduzco por un cálculo matemático simple, es decir, nosotros estamos en la Vía Láctea, que es una de las galaxias más alejadas del centro del universo, según lo que he leído.

Es decir, estamos en los suburbios del universo, pero aquí en lugar distante del centro, tenemos la ventaja de poder ver hacia dentro, y al hacerlo, vemos que hay cientos de miles, tal vez millones de galaxias, y hay muchas más grandes que la nuestra, que está muy cerca de estar entre las medianas.

Y nuestra pequeña galaxia tiene millones de estrellas; de hecho, pregunté a la IA y me dice que los cálculos de los astrónomos se hacen con la base de 200 mil millones de estrellas, y la estrella con menos planetas que han encontrado con el telescopio tiene 1 solo planeta. Es decir, si lo sacamos por el mínimo, que es 1, habría solo en nuestra Vía Láctea 200 mil millones de planetas.

Por eso es imposible a nivel estadístico que seamos el único planeta con vida inteligente, así que es muy posible que algún día conozcamos otras civilizaciones, tal vez basadas en átomos de silicio, tal vez basadas en un componente que no conozcamos o tal vez basadas en nuestro conocido átomo de carbono.

Creo que para que la humanidad viva esto, es solo cuestión de esperar.

Very recently, the world was shocked by the news given by several prestigious astronomers about Comet 31P/Atlas, since, according to them, due to certain characteristics that distinguished this special traveler, it was thought that it really was not a comet, but an artificial ship.

That fact caused a lot of controversy and even more so when the news began to roll out in the Western press the fact that Trump and Marco Rubio would talk in a documentary that there had already been a contact with extraterrestrial beings or civilizations.

However, and as always, both those rumors and the ads and articles were just the prelude to a huge deal, which was the presentation of a documentary, which was supposed to talk about that topic and which premiered for a cost of $20 on a private streaming network.

But, on the other hand, ufologists and believers of extraterrestrial life took advantage of the conjuncture to bring out and give free rein to their hypotheses, personal conjectures and beliefs on the extraterrestrial topic.

And while I was writing, I could listen to a documentary that talked about the possibilities of life outside our planet, and in that documentary they talked about that there could be two types of origins for life, one based on the carbon atom as is the case of the human race, and another based on the silicon atom.

And after those comments and the justification of them, they started talking in the documentary about how the types of life that would be generated from the silicon atom could be; however, all that documentary and all that information were based on hypotheses and speculations of something that could exist.

Finally, the whole story of the possible announcement of extraterrestrial life was nothing more than the preamble to cause interest in a documentary, which sold quite expensively at its premiere and which, according to the comments, did not meet the expectations of the people who paid for it.

Regarding extraterrestrial intelligent life, on a personal level, I can say that I believe and in fact I am sure that it exists, and I deduce that by a simple mathematical calculation, that is, we are in the Milky Way, which is one of the galaxies furthest from the center of the universe, according to what I have read.

That is, we are in the suburbs of the universe, but here instead of distant from the center, we have the advantage of being able to look inward, and by doing so, we see that there are hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of galaxies, and there are many larger than ours, which is very close to being among the medians.

And our small galaxy has millions of stars; in fact, I asked the AI and it tells me that astronomers' calculations are made on the basis of 200 billion stars, and the star with the fewest planets that they have found with the telescope has only 1 planet. That is, if we take it out by the minimum, which is 1, there would be only 200 billion planets in our Milky Way.

That is why it is statistically impossible that we are the only planet with intelligent life, so it is very possible that one day we will know other civilizations, maybe based on silicon atoms, maybe based on a component that we do not know or maybe based on our well-known carbon atom.

I think for humanity to live this, it's just a matter of waiting.
