Hello beautiful people. We have thoroughly looked at level 1 to 4 of influence. Now let's take a look at the final level of influence.
LEVEL 5: LEADERSHIP
I call this level of Influence The Elijah Effect.
As Elijah was lifted up he left his mantle to Elisha giving him double power, double anointing and a mandate to go and show forth the result of his influence.
The mantle wasn't just a symbol, it was the sign of Influence, Elisha had been a disciple for many years and he had been greatly influenced by Elijah, but Elijah knew that Elisha needed ordination to enter into the position of Leadership and the mantle was the staff of office.
This level of Influence means you will be making generation decisions,
You will be making national, international and worldwide decisions.
You cannot joke in this level.
The assignment Elijah left behind translated to a legacy which Elisha fulfilled in every way possible in his lifetime.
Everyone that came in contact with Elisha knew immediately that this was the disciple of Elijah.
The influence of leadership was obvious.
The reason STEVE JOBS will be a topic of discussion till tomorrow is that he was a revolutionary man in the position of Leadership.
IPhone or Ianything will not exist without him.
Till the next 100 years, His influence as a generational leader will not fade.
Even in his grave, Steve Jobs is still influencing people today.
The power of Influence in the position of leadership is the most terrifying of all, a leader can do generational damage with their influence because they not only have spectators, they also have fans, followers, disciples, they influence every level including other leaders.
One day the original founder of Redeem told Pastor Adeboye to kneel down for coming to meeting late.
At that time Pastor Adeboye was not the General Overseer.
So he knelt down.
They finished meeting, the man forgot to tell him to stand up.
He kept kneeling down.
He knelt down from 1pm to 8pm
Everybody had gone home and forgotten they had a meeting, it was when the man came back to pray he found Pastor Adeboye on his knees.
He asked him that "you are still here?"
He said yes!
Then the man blessed him and told him he was the man that God wanted to send to take Redeem worldwide.
Right now, the amount of people that have knelt down for Pastor Adeboye cannot be counted.
The influence that is gotten secretly, when it comes to the public, people will never believe it.
