Hello beautiful people. To continue from where we stopped in the previous part.

LEVEL 3: FOLLOWERSHIP

A follower is a tier above a fan and that is a different ball game.

A follower voluntarily chooses to follow you on their own accord and they do not make this choice just anyhow, they put some thought into it because most times they see that you dish out value and that value is the way you influence them.

They will defend you and fight for you when anyone tries to smear your name in the dust, even if you make a mistake, it will be a glorious mistake in their eyes. Some of them will go as far as to carry your banner, sharing everything you post or say and even bear your name.

Followers are the most vulnerable in the dynamics of Influence.

Everything you tell them, they will apply it to their own lives and even advise it to their family and friends.

One of the reasons many ladies are yet to be married is because they followed someone who preached against falling in love or getting into any loving relationship with men on their online platforms and they will have millions of followers who listen attentively and harken to all they say,

Recently, most of the influencers have been falling in love with the men they preached about and getting married leaving their followers single, lonely and confused.

The reason this masterclass is called technology is because many people don't think about these things that's why we are exposing the secret.

LEVEL 4: DISCIPLESHIP

The road to positively impactful influences actually begins with discipleship.

Influence begins to make sense when the people who follow you want to become disciples, they want to tailor their lives to be like you because not only have they witnessed that you live by what you preach but you are also a disciple to someone else.

At this level of Influence, nobody is pushing you around. Now your sense has arrived. Anybody that lives their lives at SPECTATORSHIP, FANATIC, FOLLOWERSHIP can be at risk, but at level 4 there is security.

Disciples submit to mentorship and accountability willingly.

Let me buttress this with an example. Bode was the most fashionable usher in the church. His dress sense was unrivalled.

That was where his influence ended.

Once the ushering department asked for their next dress code, their need for him expired.

Bode was the laziest usher in the world.

After standing for two minutes, he would look for the coolest corner of the church and slug on a chair and head to dreamland.

Occasionally, he would wake up when the church chorused " Amen" or the pastor said " Praise the Lord ".

He missed most of the church service and events.

The turnaround for Bode came one day when a man named Femi joined the ushering Unit.

Femi was even more fashionable than Bode. Being fashionable was the least of his loved personality.

He came earlier to church than everyone else, he left only after the pastors left. He stood all through and performed his duties to a point of perfect.

From Afar , his life influenced Bode, he not only wanted to be like Femi but be a better version of him.

Up close , he would talk to Femi at length never revealing what his intentions are but Femi knew he wanted to be a disciple and he began to mentor Bode.

Few months later, no one could believe how changed Bode had become, they would ask what happened and he would say it was God who touched him.

No one else knew he was a disciple to FEMI.

There are many people who want to be your disciple but today you are 🔥 hot,

Tomorrow, you are ❄ cold.

You keep confusing people you should be mentoring because you are living a life of lackadaisical influence.

Today you dress decent in the morning to church but when your boyfriend is coming to visit you, you turn into Jezebels younger sister.

There are girls in your area willing to be disciples but you are confusing them.

The weakness of people in the stage of Discipleship is that:

When they cannot match what they say with what they do,

They fall from this level and then become a follower and they keep falling.
