MULTITASKING UNDER PRESSURE. LOH. #275

I think I have written about this story a lot of the time let me give the details of this story now. I worked for a lady as a sales rep and then from being a sales rep I became the logistics coordinator, social media manager, manager, kitchen coordinator, kitchen assistant and a whole lot of things sometimes I do go to the market to get things to prepare an order all for the salary of 50,000 naira I go to work by 8:00 a.m I close by 6:00 p.m. and the working days are from Monday till Saturday and then if you come 10 minutes late, a thousand naira would be deducted from your salary without apology or anybody smiling with you.

Now when this lady was employing me I came in as it sales rep, one of the skills I learned under pressure was being able to edit several videos within limited time frame and space. I have never edited videos before with a phone actually I have tried it before on the laptop but it wasn't an easy process but you see this particular one I use my phone and I was under serious pressure because I basically was multitasking in a day that when I get home I am seriously drained. I take videos or pictures of a particular food for order and then I will edit the videos and make sure they are spotless within a time frame before I post it online. I have to post in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

Canva, capcut and Pixel became my best friends because I had to use them for all my editing and all and the worst part is that if you post in the morning, you don't post in the afternoon you post at night a certain amount of money will be deducted for your negligence of not posting in the afternoon. The pressure was too much, and I tried to explain things but it wasn't working. Working under my boss then was hectic. She's a sweet soul though and I will never forget the good things she did for me. I would still love to work with her, but not as a staff but as a freelancer, I know what I went through there.

It is not easy learning to use desktop Video editors until I learned to think like a Screen Writer first. The one I started wasn't very intuitive but I learned mostly from a video they provided. It still took me a week to get reasonably proficient. Trying most phone app versions are difficult since I have issues with Parkinson's disease.

Wow, this is my first time hearing if you're late for work they will deduct out of your salary money. I can imagine how hectic it would have be for you, but I love the way despite your boss wahala you still appreciate her because she's a sweet soul.
