FIGURE EIGHT

I have always thought that losing weight is good for my physique, as I want to look smart, snatched, and well. The picture that is always in my head is a picture of a figure eight like I just want to fit and beautiful but recently something else has been the case now I have been falling Ill and recovering and again I fall Ill and recover, it has been like a circle and all. And then I went to the hospital and they asked me when I last did exercise and sincerely I can't remember when I can't.

It's not as though I don't do exercise before I used to every morning although somebody forced it on me and with time it became a part of me but all of a sudden I just stopped if asked why I stopped I don't know what I know I stopped exercising. When I go to the hospital they said I need to exercise more and the exercise should not be because I want a figure eight or I want a better figure better shape but it should be for my health. They also said the exercise will do a lot, and one of the things exercising would help in my body is my blood pressure. It is really low for a regular human being. At least 30 minutes of regular exercise would go a long way. The majority of the time, I feel weak and according to the doctor exercise helps a lot in that aspect. So this is me here no longer bothering about figure eight shape but bothering about my health and wellness. I'm not saying you have figure 8 is bad but as for me I'm doing "collabo" the two of them together. I'll keep fit and also have figure 8. It's not like I'm overweight or something.
