BALANCED DIET #LOH 220

As for eating habits, I would not say I have one and that is because of the foods we have over here and sometimes the availability of the resources to get what you need in terms of feeding. I am a student, and I don't really have an eating habit because we eat basically what we see, and sometimes you don't see at all to eat 😁 but all the same, I eat food. A while back, I saw a post on X (Twitter ) that said currently, the way things are going, nobody is even thinking about eating the right or balanced diet, and that is true because of the way things are right now.

However, if you ask me, I would prefer a stable and balanced diet because it does our body a lot of good, and there are a lot of benefits attached to eating healthy; I will do well to highlight some of them.

Benefits of eating healthy.

  1. Stronger immune system
  2. Reduces risk of chronic disease (kidney failure, heart failure, diabetes, cancer, etc).
  3. Better sleep: let me expatiate on this; I remember there was a time I ate too much of this particular food I prepared that I couldn't even name; sleeping that day was hectic for me because I couldn't breathe; I had constipation plus stomach upset. So please eat well and healthy and don't overfeed.
    As for cravings, I'm not sure but I pray in the near future I can be able to satisfy my food cravings anytime I want 😁.
