2019: US President says Bitcoin is "not money" and "is based on thin air." 2023: Multiple US Presidential candidates are now embracing Bitcoin
Bitcoin is the Future, don't play yourself.
The world is changing every day and Bitcoin/Crypto adoption is growing by the day as well. It may be slower than we would have wanted or expected, but still, it is still growing no matter the obstacles and FUD attacks against Crypto. A lot of people over the years have moved or changed their stands on crypto, moving from being crypto skeptics to accepting crypto, Micheal Saylor the former CEO of MicroStrategy is a huge example of a crypto skeptic turned into a die-hard fan of crypto, Bitcoin evangelist and maximalist.
The shift in perception towards Bitcoin/Crypto by United States Presidential candidates highlights the growing recognition of Bitcoin/Crypto as a significant force in the financial world. In fact, it is safe to say that crypto has taken over the financial and payment systems, with Bitcoin being accepted as a campaign donation for one or more United States Presidential candidates show's that they are understanding that now it is too late for destroying crypto, so they are embracing it, although not all of them yet but there is still enough time between now and next year.
The rejected or hated stone (Bitcoin/Crypto) has become the Cornerstone, back then in 2019, United States President says Bitcoin is "not real money" and that it "is based on thin air." Now in 2023 multiple United States Presidential candidates are now embracing Bitcoin, either for genuine reasons or to score votes points for being pro-crypto or to win the support and backing of the crypto community eligible voters.
Speaking of the United States President saying crypto is based out of thin air. In my opinion, everything is based on thin air then, because the united states dollar (USD) is printed out of thin air as well, "Paper isn’t traced, digital can be traced because the blockchain is transparent. Also, the united states government can approve the printing of trillions of dollars at a moment's notice, right? Isn't that based on "THIN AIR"?
