While I appreci8 the idea that Bitcoin is $ which the gov't can't take away, I don't believe it. If gov't really wanted 2take-away Bitcoin, it could by force. If it can't take it away, it will make it inaccessible by destroying the network.
Exactly....self-custody is the new economic template for the Human civilization. We are connected deepsly globally but we also have the absolute authority over the aseet that we legitimately own.
