My success rate in uploading SHORTS is clearly less than 50%
I have no idea why.
Upload - completed OK.
Encoding - done OK.

But it just never shows up afterwards...

It's a usual occurrence and I also wonder why. It's a bit discouraging and I think that's why we don't have more shorts here.

I don't do shorts for this reason. Another thing I observed is that very ordinary and repeated same content are upvoted big while others are simply ignored. It doesn't make sense to put effort into shorts looking at this.

That's why I quit doing any more shorts. No time and not even have enough patience.

obviously why many users stopped uploading shorts , it is a frustrating experience
