Functionality is the same. The more you have staked on HE, the more you get for curating content.
It all depends on your preference, but I would say keep all LEO staked on HE for about 50 days (53 maybe) and then unstake it all if you want them staked on Arbitrum for rewards paid in usdc 😊

They're staked on HE. Not sure what interface was used though 🤪
