So while the "no speed limits" part sounds wild, it’s not the whole story. It’s more like: fast lanes, but with disciplined drivers and serious engineering. Still... 34 deaths per million isn't exactly "top of the class" either. There's room to brake — I mean, improve!

Other Factors are alcohol consumption, careless driving.
