Well, sometimes, all you need is more water. The nutrients are in your body, but water is needed to make them available to the body. Sometimes, not all the time.

It's very true. Headaches and fatigue are due to dehydration usually.

This is really educating , I used to think dehydration is only caused by lack of drinking water

Always have a water bottle so I can keep track of how much water I drank during the day.

Wow truly no one knows it all , before now I never knew there are other things that could cause dehydration
