Yes — you should never ever share your 12/24-word seed phrase with anyone, ever. Not online, not in a screenshot, not even with someone claiming to be 'support'. It's the master key to your crypto wallet. Anyone with it can drain your funds.

One thing I should never ever do is :

I don't save my 12/24 word mnemo ic seed phrase on my Mobile, Computer, Email, or any device which is connected with internet.
I save it on Offline thing, Like paper or any other thing.
