Very true

In trading, we learn quickly that relying on pure chance is a recipe for disappointment. Calculated risk and understanding the odds are key. It's like planting seeds; you don't just throw them anywhere and hope for the best!

That's a very clever way to put it, and it certainly makes one think.

It reminds me that true financial wisdom often lies in understanding where our resources are truly going, and making choices that build something sustainable rather than relying on chance. It's about being diligent and responsible with what we have, isn't it? Thank you for such insightful reminders!

I personally believe that most of the lottery companies make huge money by taking advantage of the "get rich quick " mentality of alot of people.

All must pay what they are legally required 2pay in taxes. No one should pay any more in taxes. If U are in a position 2pay 0% in taxes, then U are simply fulfilling your legal obligation.

Your "fair share" is what the law says U must pay.

The notion that some may view lottery participation as a form of "fool's tax" highlights an important conversation about financial literacy and responsible decision-making.

Haha that's brutal but pretty accurate. The math on lottery tickets is just terrible, you're basically paying for the privilege of daydreaming for a few days.

Though I get why people still do it. Sometimes you just want to buy a little hope, even if you know the odds are ridiculous. It's like paying a few bucks to imagine what you'd do with millions.

The crazy part is how much governments rely on that revenue now. They've basically figured out how to make people voluntarily fund public projects by dangling impossible dreams in front of them.

Still see those long lines whenever the jackpot gets huge though. Human psychology is weird like that, the worse the odds get, the more excited people become.
