It's been a minute?
It's me again. The ignorant self taught artist that doesn't really know what she's doing but knows she's doing something if that makes any sense. I've decided to give studying/learning art a try and definitely, I'll keep you guys updated on my progress gradually and what I've achieved. By the way I'm an engineer(in the making) so they make me use a pencil and eraser to sketch other things that doesn't pleasure my heart and soul😔.
In as much as I have to start studying for my engineering drawing exams coming up,I squeezed some time today to
draw a little something. And by tried I mean I risked my life. The last time I drew anything was during my school break and that was sometime in April and I haven't been able or given enough time to sketch something else. I'm trying to develop the habit of reading early and ahead and not a day or two days to the exam. Studies and experience in this university has shown me enough proof that yes,I need to start reading early, even if I don't understand what's going on, I'll understand on the way. I've been trying to work with consistency, determination. I've been trying to not procrastinate cause I procrastinate a lot and it's a habit I really want to stop and have tried to stop. I'm still in the process but we're getting there... we're definitely getting there.
I drew Vi from Arcane. The drawing's a little strange and weird in my opinion. I didn't draw her to look exactly like how she did in the animation. I drew her in my artstyle like some would say. Although,I don't really know what my art style is. I just know I draw a lot in whatever way that enters into my head.
So here's the process I was able to take record of:
The beginning:
Middle:
And the end:
Thanks for reading♡
I have not really seen people make a complete drawing of the face before drawing the hair. Nice one there!
Thankyou so so much!!
Just joined the community!🙂↕️🥹
