It got weirder after 13

I remember when I was little, whenever any of my aunties or uncles come over and I use their phone, I'm always left with a frown on my face. They never had any games on their phones and that annoyed me multiple times!

Now, I'm older and unfortunately, I turned out just like them. I didn't consider life to be something of a struggle for survival. I thought of it easy and smooth sailing, that sort of thing. I still love the ideas of playing games. I mean,I have a little sister that would always swipe my phone from me whenever I was back for the holidays and would just straight out start downloading multiple games.

Now, I would be a liar if I said I didn't enjoy some of these games. Especially the cooking one. I vividly remember one, Cooking fever. I remember playing this game till I fell asleep and playing it immediately I woke from bed. That's probably part of the reasons my mum fancied seizing I and my sibling's gadgets.

In a way, it gave her more control over us cause we were practically addicted to the game and would do anything to participate and get it back

Now,fast forward to now, current day. I'm going through my phone and I don't see one single game. I had to take a minute to scream internally again and reminisce in the days I had varieties of games on my phone. Right now,the apps I have on my phone and use well. We have: WhatsApp, discord, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Welp, can't leave the amazing Pinterest out of the list

Oh, there's also Phantom, telegram, dex screener and you know, other apps when I decide it's time to leave the trenches once in a while. Although, degen hasn't been treating me properly. I've lost a lot there and have been on break since. Would go back into the game soon, hopefully. The bag is a stupidly stubborn fellow and wouldn't just come to me in peace. I gotta lose my mind 90% of the time.

Growing up is terrible. Low-key wish I could go back in time and give little me a smack in the head for always wishing to be older. Thinking about it again now,I can't seem to get the cringe off my face. What hideous notion and idea of the world I had then.
