The month of March Recap

Hope this blog met you all well,
I believe in this life everyone has their time, whether their Good time and Bad times, the times for Enjoyment and a time for Mourning.
The Month of March was an unusual month for me, because a lot happened during this month, believe me most of the experience in the moth of March for me were majorly unpleasant experience.
I wasn't expecting every day to be butterfly and roses, but i wasn't also prepared for the Aftermath of the unpleasant experiences too.

Here are the things i experienced in the month of March.

The Unfortunate Experience in My Business

I know most of the people going into any business ventures expect or Hope for a profitable return of their investment, No one does a business and will be happy when their business failed.
For the Month of March, i ventured into an Orange Business, I partnered with 2 other People, to Buy a Truck of Oranges which is Two hundred and Eighty Bags (280) for One big Trailer Truck to be conveyed from Benue state Nigeria to Lagos.
After so many failure attempt to secure a truck, we finally got a Truck, the Driver of the truck insiste that we must pay 80% of the Transportation Fee as Advance. Which was Two Million one hundred thousand Naira (2,100,000) , we hurriedly agreed to pay without negotiation because of the scarcity of trucks for business. Before the payment for the truck i emphatically told my Partners in business that i would only be investing a Million Naira (#1,000,000) for the business, which amounts to Just 55 Bags of Orange out of the proposed 280 Bags. My partners in the Business agreed, so we paid for the Truck Advance to the Charter Man Mr Hassan Account. The charter Man is the Agent who is responsible for the acquisition of Vehicles for transportation in The Town.

Immediately after payment, We conveyed the Truck to where the Truck will Load the Orange. The truck started Moving in the evening time, so it has to Wait at a particular junction to has to finalize the movement of the truck to the scheduled destination. The next day the Truck reached its destination, and the Bags of Orange were being Carried out for Loading of the Truck, a total of 190 bags was shifted to the destination of the truck,, this wasn't actually the agreement with the truck driver, He was supposed to enter directly to where the Bags of Oranges are but He Blatantly refused that he can't enter the Main Location of the Oranges, so we had no other choice than to hire some Bike and Cars so as to shift the oranges to the Location of Truck which also cost us some extra expenses.

On the next day we got a very shocking news that the Truck has Ran away from the Location that morning, it was as if we were dreaming, we tried to track down the truck but information got to us that the Truck Driver have carried the Truck as Early as 2:00am of that Morning.
We hurriedly called the charter Man on this very peculiar situation, He was also surprised about it too, He said he have no idea on where the Truck is, Mr Hassan called the Owner of the Truck, The owner was pleading to us about the Bad attitude of his driver, He promised us that the vehicle would be back in 3 days time, putting into consideration the perishable status of oranges , we plad to the Owner not to fail us.
Lo and behold the truck didn't come back till date , Most of the Oranges Spoilt while we were lucky enough to sell a little to other buyers.. The aftermath of this was that we had a Loss of Over Six hundred thousand Naira (600,000) from this Oranges already, and the Owner of the Truck is also refusing to Refund back the Initial Deposit or Pay for the Damages he has cost us. I was able to get back Four Hundred thousand naira of a million Naira i invested.

Extreme shortage of Manpower

The Month of march i have more than 3 of my workers in the place of work Absent all through the month, two of them went back to school and one of the workers stopped work .
This is seriously caused my Time online to be limited, this is because i now stay at office all the time now to cover up for the Absence of Staffs.

I had the Highest sales so far in the month of March,
Yes that also was a big surprise, i had a very amazing sales in My Agent banking business in this month of March which I never had in the previous months.

I Appreciate God for How the month went so far, wether good or Bad, I am grateful for every breath I take and every opportunity that came with each day.
