TEAM LEADERS REPORT: (TEAM 3) NEWBIES INITIATIVE Wk1

In this Report, I will be sharing with you, the entries for each members of my team, that did their task for week 1 successfully, and those who couldn't submit their entries for the week. For this First week, we had our first meeting or hangout on the Newbies initiatives channel on discord At exactly 8pm on Sunday 5th of May 2024. The topic for the first week is ***"My Hive goals for the Next Two Months"*** This was anchored by our Host for the week @starstrings01, he delivered an excellent tutorial on how to Set Goals and Making sure they are S.M.A.R.T(Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time bound). Mr Starstrings explain in details why their is need to Set Goals and Making them SMART, He gave some examples and importance of Setting Your Goals. He gave from experience some of the ways to achieve this, @nkemakonam89 our moderator and Guide was there to crown up the tutorials

For the Week 1, I had a total of nine entries, from My team members. This means all my team members were able to complete their tasks and submit for the week 1. After Going through all their Post, I can see that they all did a good Job in doing their tasks. Their set goals are Awesome and I am super excited to seeing and Assisting them towards achieve their goals.

Keep Giving your best in everything you do, this includes your activities on Hive, You all are in the Newbies Initiative for one purpose, which is to be a better Hiver. Make sure you put all what you learn into constant practice, be persistent, consistent and make sure you make good relationship with your mates and Mentors. The Sky is Your starting point 👍👍
