The second week started with a lot of Enthusiasm and energy, there have been so many things to do but with little to no time to accomplish them, personally for me I have been super busy with my offline work, most of the time I have to neglect some offline work and just try as much as possible reach out to my team's, and also gets so work done on hive. So far so Good we have been progressing on the Initiative, big thanks to My Boss Mr Starstrings for always showing support and My able Coordinator, a person of Sweet Nkem.

This is a topic that focuses on things we need about Hive as a web3 platform. We get to know the difference between Hive and other social Media Web2 platforms. The guidelines on using HIVE, things we need to know about tags, various types of tags, plagiarism, vote begging, recycling of post, some community rules e.t.c , We also learn about Markdowns, which are special codes we put into our posts or writing that makes our work looks more structured. The week 2 was tutored by Our Able coordinator @nkemakonam89.

I am the Team leader for Team 3, my team comprises of 9 team members, the nine of them completed task one, but for the task two, we have 8 team members attempted the Task, I was able to access their works, I commented and corrected them when needed. They all did an amazing work at answering their questions, they applied proper markdowns and I checked their tags too. One of the team member was not able to complete her task @pjwelry, I tried to reach out to her, but my attempts were unsuccessful, I will have to reach out to her onboarder if possible so as to get the proper information on her Whereabouts.

Always strive to do better, my observations with my team is that there is no much communication and relationship between the team members, i guess I have much work in making sure everyone build a good relationship with each other. So I will be very sincerewith everyone, no one is an island of Knowledge, ask questions when you don't understand, talk to you friends, everyone should be your friend, wether you are are in team 1 or 2 or 3. Talk to me as the team leader, I would always be happy to help. We are Here for each other. I believe we can work more as a Team, don't be shy , it's not a military service 😂
