Music has always been called food for the soul for as long as I can remember, for me, music gives life a meaning and colour. I wonder how a world without music would be be, even our own Creator enjoys Good music in Heaven, with several angels surrounding his throne, singing.

Music for me is Life and it is also a medicine,I can prove this severally because I have a lot experiences with music healing me physically, physiologically and spiritually.
Sometimes, I would be super depressed, I just turn on my Phone, go to music and then playlists, I would select a playlist that just suit my need, and Music would do the magic.

I'm sure most of these really expresses how just that your favourite music has a way of changing your mood from sad to happy, unexcited to massively energetic.

Ours brain's response to music is complex and has various parts or lemme just put it that it's multifaceted.
