Sacrifice for peace: A personal experience.

Good day, people of Hive! Welcome to my blog. Let's dive into today's topic, which is "Sacrifice for Peace".
As a mature person, we value peace more than anything else so that peace can reign and we have to sacrifice things or something just for peace to reign.
I can still remember when someone close to me came to meet me to borrow her money because she needed the money urgently, so when I asked about the amount, she said it was #3,000.00, and the money, I wanted to use to buy a new clothes, but when she said she needed it urgently, I didn't have a choice but to borrow her. I told her that I gave her two weeks to return my money which she agreed.
So the day I asked her to return my money arrived, and even though I gave her an extra three days, I asked her about my money, and she said she didn't have it. I was like, "But I told you I needed it, and this is not our agreement.", She got angry, saying she couldn't get the money as when we both agreed on but I should be patient till she has it.
Days later, I saw her buying new clothes. I confronted her and said, "But you said you don't have my money and you are purchasing clothes." She was angry and asked why I was stalking her and that when she had my money, she would give it to me.
After giving her more days, I called her, asking about my money. She started shouting at me, saying would she eat my money just because of #3,000.00. I didn't give her peace and since then, she started ignoring me. When I saw she was ignoring me, I didn't want to have problems with her and make peace reigned, so as a mature person, I called her one day, she thought that I wanted to ask about the money but when I told her it's not about the money, she came to me and I told her not to bother to repay the money that I don't need it anymore just to make peace reign.

Even though it pained me to sacrifice my money, she was surprised because she wasn't expecting me will give her the money, but to me, I knew she purposely didn't want to pay the money back that's why she was behaving like that.
I couldn't buy the clothes I wanted to buy, but God showed His way by sending someone who gave me money. I am happy that I could solve the problem by sacrificing my money just for peace to reign.

I can't with how thick her face is to act that way, and she had the audacity to get mad when in fact she's the one who borrow the money. I'll never talk to her again, if its me.
Yes, she was mad on top of my money, just because I was asking her about my money.

This is something I don't understand about most people, you borrowed money from someone and when it has passed the day you are supposed to pay, rather than pleading with the person, you start getting angry. I have also experienced such things with friends I lend money to, in the end, I also leave the money for them, just as you did with your friend. The good thing is that they never tried to borrow money from me again, because they know that I will definitely ask for the previous money they owed
Yes, that's a human being for you, have encountered a lot of them before. They will meet me to lend them money, for them to pay back I will never see them again because they know if they come to meet me they know I will ask about my previous money.
When it comes to lending out money I know I can't freely give out, I rather not even lend because borrowing money has broken lots of my precious relationship in the past.
But some people are just ungrateful especially that lady left for me I would just walk out of her and never return.
Yes, people are truly ungrateful, after borrowing her money she started ignoring me.
That's just the irony of life but it's well.
I myself have handled many such situations in my life. It is better to spend this time in silence. Will not be able to have relationships.
