That’s so sad. She shouldn’t have said all those hurtful words to you. Let’s assume you had allowed her to hit her husband with the mortar pistol and that led to something worse, she would still be the one blaming you for not stopping her. To me, I know you meant no harm; you were only trying to prevent the situation from getting worse. I don’t think she truly valued your friendship, because if she did, she wouldn’t have said those words to you or threatened to end the friendship just because you didn’t let her hit her husband. I believe that when the time comes, she will eventually realize her mistake.
