When it comes to conflict, it's a normal thing because we all have our individual differences.
So, once we don't agree with each other arguments are hitted up.
This period is always not a cool time because it starts naturally.
To resolve it takes a whole lot to come to an understanding and peace to reign.

So, I say again conflict is inevitable, it can only be managed.

Here is my side story.

I usually buy provisions from a wholesale store and retail.
The store owners know me very well, because I am a regular customer.

One day, I came as usual to buy goods after buying and generating the invoice, I saw some certain goods price wasn't what I usually buy.
So, I asked the store owner why the increments, to also know how I am reselling to my customer.

He began to raise his voice at me, saying I shouldn't question him because he is treating me like a customer and sells things at a cheaper rate to me.

His response didn't answer my question and he was trying to manipulate me with self pity which I didn't buy.

I told him that his behavior is obviously going to ruin our customer relationship.

I only need him to explain so I would know how to talk to my customers as well.
I was already out of stock and I needed to head by to my own shop, so in other not to ruin things because he was already getting aggressive by telling me to leave his store and not buy from him again.

In other not to loose at both ends and end our relationship on a bad note.
I gently told him that I will buy the ones I can afford.
So, I told him to remove the ones I noticed the high price which he agreed.
I paid for the other things and left to restock my shop while I look for another place to buy the other things.

And of course, I bought those things at a cheaper rate than what he wanted to sale to me without any explanation.

Even if it was a mistake, he didn't want to acknowledge it or maybe he misunderstood me.
