Perhaps everyone should read this book, not only to save themselves but to enlighten someone else like you have done for me. Didn't think you could at least know if you're prediabetic. Actual book or e-book? Couldn't find the e-book on pdfdrive.net

I bought the pdf version of it so I assume it's somewhere over the internet for free 😄 over here we have services that sells book in pdf for cheap and it saves my time for searching the whole internet just to find the book.
Hi, Mach ... coincidentally I also have the issue of diabetes from my late father. so, our family is now more careful about food intake and diet patterns. You can find it on Shopee, I forgot the link to the store but will drop it here when I can. It's a little tricky with diabetes but make sure your father is being treated and regularly check his sugar blood levels.

I am sorry to hear that! I think it's nice for you to be aware of diabetes since one of your family got them and that'll put you into a risk too.
