Come glow up with Me

If someone like me, who prefers to see the money sitting pretty in my account rather than spend it, had to spend 30000000 naira in a week, I would first cry because why must it have to finish in a week? Can't it just be there and be gaining interest, while I sleep and wake up? Then, every morning, I go ahead to check my wallet, smile and go about my daily activities, rest assured that things are set. But then again, there are ways I'll spend the money and even though I won't be gaining interests almost immediately, it'll still be spent worthily.

Lately, I've been watching a lot of videos focusing on growth. So, maybe if you asked me this question last year, my answer would probably have been something entirely different from all I thought of today. My answers were mostly long term investments and I was happy with them, because these responses meant I am growing for the better, didn't it?

If there's one thing I've looked forward to investing in, it is in precious stones. The value of these stones is never static. It continues increasing and the value continues to rise as time passes. So, this is something I look forward to venturing into. Here in Nigeria, gold is currently in high demand and it definitely will be part of the stones I'd buy. But specifically, I'll invest more in diamonds and silver. The worth of diamonds is definitely higher than gold and for silver, I once read somewhere that although gold seems to be dominating the market, silver, even with not getting any hype, is making waves too. And i also have a feeling that silver is going to be taking over the market very soon. Rest assured, when I get these stones, every morning, I'll go look at them, assure myself that everything is in place and then continue with my daily activities.

So yes, I'll be investing 2 million naira in gold, 2.5 million naira in silver and 3 million naira in diamonds, that week. I'll be spending a total of 8.5 million naira investing in these three precious stones. We should have 21.5 million naira left.

In that 21.5 million naira, 6 million naira will be going into gadgets. This is one of those things if you had asked me sometime last year, would not have made it to this list. But you see, we learn anytime and anywhere. Last two weeks, I came across a post on here where someone said the main reason she invests in high quality phones is because they are assets patiently waiting to be converted into cash. And who says I can't chill while investing? That is exactly what I want to do. I love myself a good laptop. I love myself a good phone. I love myself good music players. So I'll definitely get myself the best of these things and make sure they fit within my budget of 6 million naira.

This might sound funny but this particular thing I'm about to mention was inspired by a book character. In that book, I loved the character. So when his success story was told, I made a mental note of it and that has been stuck in my head ever since. This thing I'm talking about is real estate. Out of the remaining 16.5 million naira, I'll get myself plots of land worth 14 million naira. This would definitely be located in a rural area. One whose value is still waiting to be appreciated. I'll get plots of land worth 14million naira and with that, we're left with 1.5 million naira.

I'll be investing 500 thousand naira into the stock market. Why 500 thousand naira? The market is not fixed and as high as your interests might accumulate, in the same way it can also go down the drain. So, to avoid myself, I'll be investing 500 thousand naira only in both foreign and Nigerian stocks.

The last but not the least, our beloved one million naira. So, as you know, I can't be owning gadgets worth 6 million naira, stones worth 8.5 million naira and assets worth 14 million naira, and be looking like I stole it. This last million of mine is going to go into self-care throughout that week. Nail sessions, restocking on my skincare products, pretty dresses, sneakers, heels, and food mostly. That week will definitely be maintenance week for me and who knows? I might be the first person in history to have the fastest glow up ever recorded in history - one week.

Interesting what you say, apparently you have made a good commercial study in your country, everything you have told us about, precious stones, gold and silver, even the real estate part, you have it clear for you, that is very good, you just need the money. Blessings!
