Wednesday Walk - Midyear Health Update
I love my doctor who reminded me to have my every six months check up and laboratory test. It was out of my mind about it but when I went there yesterday, she found out that it had been almost a year the last time I had it. So bad thatvIbwas not fasting so I need to come again the other day. No matter how far to walk but I did it for my free laboratory test. The Doctor loves me and she understood that I am growing older to be out of any major sickness. I asked her taking advantage to let me having all kind of my laboratory test necessary for me.
Well, I continue this post that I started last last Wednesday. I didn't finish it because I was too busy for the Eid Al Adha preparation and my boss is not yet around. The married children's stay with us with their children made us so busy all day and night.
Until now , I didn't get my laboratory test waiting for the time after the holiday. During Eid it is officially closed for 6 days and we are still in second day of the Eid holiday.

They assisted me as I was feeling weaked.
Thank God they helped me to recovered my strength and I became so shy but doctor told the man to help me because of my hypertension to slow down. It was not good to walk before the lab test. They never know that I was walking a long walk.
Aftery lab test, I ride a bus but the bus stop is far from our house. What I meant, the house of my boss. I walked with faith that nothing happens to me and I arrived home safely.
Sweating a lot from the hot and warm temperature outside and I forgot my umbrella too.
God is so good to me and never let me down. He kept my strength stronger and I continued my work without any hesitation. I trust Him who cared for me and He knows my heart desires to be able to stay alive longer. Even through, there are so many times I want eternal rest but He knew that it was all about my desperation about something in my life. He kept me alive and stronger and being inspired.

That's wonderful that you have regular check ups so you can monitor your health status. It's good to talk to the doctor for better options
