Wednesday Walk - It's My Natal Day!

Without my parent , I am not here in this world. Thank you, Lord for allowing my parent to realized their dream to became as one family despite of all hindrance along the way. Five decades ago, they showed the world 54 years ago.For Nanay and Tatay , if you can hear me now, I miss you both. Thank you for giving me life. I just missing you so badly but I know you are watching me in heaven!

To give thanks and gratitude to the universe, the first thing I did in the morning after taking a bath is feeding the bird. How I wish to feed the cats but we have no extra food for them. I just put water in the basin everyday located in the garden. Cats will survive with water. I'm so sad because Whitey have kittens but she hide them at the back of the house.

Looking the sun and felt the positive energy as it gradually rising up. Manifesting the best for the remaining days of my life.

I am officially 54 years old and 1 day today. I know God is there to guide me and show me the right path of my life. I sent letter to heaven and only God knows my desires.

"God, grant me the Serinity to accept the things I can't and wisdom to know the differences"- this verse I memorized since childhood as it was written in the wall framed of my grandparents house.

Then, I went to the rooftop for my prayer under the sun from six to eight in the morning. Talking with God is the only way to eased my feeling. I forgot negative thought.

I water the plant because it's so hot today. I believe that it will give me positive energy all the time. Doing good things to nature, animals and human being will connect my well-being.

After praying and watering the plant in my garden, I decided cooking puto. I asked recipe from @me2selah our cooking master in hive, youtube and facebook. I cooked puto because all the ingredients are just in the kitchen. We have no store or grocery nearby. We need to go so far to buy. But I am not thinking of having a celebration with friend.

I was wishing the rice cake would have a smile and yes I got it perfectly.Thank you @me2selah.

I remember this steamer was given to me by my friend who was a Filipina dressmaker during my birthday maybe 15 years ago. She is now in the Philippines for good and the first to greet Happy birthday to me.

SURPRISED DINNER

I supposed to give the puto to my friends nearby but they surprised me coming at home at
10 pm. I was already sleeping then they woke me up. They brought candle , softdrinks and pansit. I was emotional the whole day and when group of friends came last night by surprised.

It was unexpected but they did the best thing I wouldn't forget.

Simple blessed celebration planned by God giving consolation to me. God is good.

My messenger was full of notification greetings everywhere! My son and granddaughter had their dinner in Jollibee as per request of my grandchildren for my birthday. My sister in Bohol did what my mother did every time October 09 arrived. They slaughter chicken and have a budol dinner. I was also surprised. Only my mother did it and now my sister did it too.

I would like to say thank you to all my friends who were there and here making my 54rth birthday celebration simple but full of memories to remember.
