Beautiful Sunday - Late Upload

The sandstorm dust now is in slow motion. Unlike the previous days, it added to our burden but I am still thankful to God that this is just what experienced compared to all disaster happening around the globe. We already had the rain but it happened only once. It is not enough for the dried soiland plants iny garden. I hope that, there will be a rain coming soon. Long time ago, there were years without rain. After the climate change, it changed the situation, it created flood in the city where we lived but now, I think there is no sign of big rain but a very humid temperature blanket the city now.

I was riding lun4 bus and it was the final destination to that route. I need to pay again for another ride. The driver told me to take picture in the children's park.

I stopped and relax for how many minutes and I went to the line 3 bus for me to go home.

Walking is good for me now that I am getting older. If I stay at home, I still have no work to do in the morning and just lying down on my bed. We are no longer busy so I tried walking again.I stopped walking for two months since we were busy when we had a lot of visitors and the sandstorm. It's all over and I wanna walk everyday

Today I felt heavy condition of my body. I think it's because I bought beef meat and I was cutting the dead moringa branches infront of the house. It hurts me so badly. I was thinking that I could still do it not thinking that I am at my senior age. I will never do it again. My boss told me not to do it but I insisted doing it. Yesterday and today, I have my body pain. I promise not to do heavy work again and I will never eat beef meat again. I forced buying beef meat for it was a long time ago that I never eat it. I hope it will gone soonest.
