I don't think any of those suggestions would help at all, just cause the people who are voting only for the vote rewards to vote less.

Well, that might be true. But don't you think that at least the quality of people's posts and the overall value of the content that would appear on Hive's main pages potentially would attract new and serious people from outside who, by not being illiterate, selfish and greedy, would be willing to join the network for the simple pleasure of find and consuming original, unique and quality content that truly drives and motivates them to organically and consciously vote on the content they consume just to maintain its high quality without thinking about the pyrrhic rewards of "content curation" they could get by voting for them?

Just that and nothing more, perhaps it could even raise the value of our currency in the markets and improve the economic and social situation of the chain in a very short term.

No. That's not what the majority of people want, they want bias-affirming echo chambers, which is why Web2 algorithms still dominate the social media space.

The average social media addict out there will not care one bit about our reward system until they've accumulated enough HIVE that the numbers are financially relevant to them. When those numbers become financially relevant, they will look at their votes as a financial tool, not a show of support.
