Marshy The Good Boy My Amazing Dog Who’s More Family Than Pet

Hi @hivepets.. What’s up everyone?? Sorry it’s been so long since i last posted here but i really wanted to share all about my dog his name’s Marshy. Man, he’s such a good boy, super well behaved and he listens to every single thing we say!

You know what i still remember the day we brought him home like it was just yesterday. When he was a puppy he was this tiny little ball of brown fur, and his eyes were so soft it felt like he already knew what we were thinking. I don’t know why but there was always something special about him from the start.

He’s got that look you know long body, short legs and that sweet face you can’t help but love. Just check out the photos! Sometimes he will be sitting up on the couch looking over at us other times he’s just lying all comfy on his favorite mat.

And when he’s happy? He wags his tail so hard and puts his head right on our feet it’s the cutest thing ever! The best part about Marshy is how good he is. When we were training him as a pup, he picked things up so fast.

If you tell him to “sit” he sits right away. If you say “stay” he won’t move an inch until you say it’s okay. Even when it comes to food he will wait by his bowl until we say “eat up!” before he touches anything. He never chews on shoes or stuff he’s not supposed to we are really lucky because i know so many dogs that destroy things around the house!

When we have guests over he does not go crazy or bark nonstop. He just wags his tail to say hi and tries to get some pets. He’s so gentle even with kids never getting too rowdy or pushy. Sometimes when our whole family is just hanging out in the living room talking he will come over and lie down next to us just to be part of the group.

And you know what else? It’s like he can feel when something’s wrong or when you’re sad. There was this one time i was having a really tough day i did not tell anyone but he just came up to me and sat right beside me. He put his head on my lap and just looked at me, like he was saying “hey, im here for you”. I swear dogs have this sixth sense for stuff like that! He gets along great with our other dog too the little black one you can see at the bottom of the main picture!

They play together all the time in the living room chasing each other around the furniture and sharing their toys without ever fighting. Marshy’s always careful not to be too rough with him which just shows how kind he is. We make sure we take good care of him too we take him for walks at the park regularly, give him his favorite treats (but not too many! and we cuddle with him all the time. He’s not just a pet to us he’s family and he makes every single day so much brighter just by being around.
